Position Purpose:
Home Depot’s Orange Apron Media (OAM) is seeking a Manager of Reporting & Insights to lead measurement strategy and execution for a category of Supplier/Advertisers within our retail media network.
In this role, you will guide a team of Senior Analysts to uncover performance insights and drive media effectiveness. Your team will evaluate marketing impact using tools such as MTA ROAS, media delivery analytics, and advanced reporting, as well as brand lift, A/B testing, and incrementality studies to deliver clear, actionable learnings to internal and external stakeholders.
You will be a key driver of Return on Marketing Objective (ROMO) storytelling—translating complex data into compelling narratives that influence advertiser growth and shape future investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- 30% Project Identification, Scoping & management: Partner w/marketing & merchandising leadership to identify business needs for customer analytics. Provide thought partnership in strategic merchandising & marketing decisions. Ensure accurate & timely completion of various projects by effectively utilizing offshore & onsite resources.
- 20% Establish best practices and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Develop best in class methodologies to extract actionable insights from new data streams like mobile app, social and clickstream data.
- 10% Mentor new team members and provide Subject Matter Expertise in Statistical analytic techniques.
- 10% Develop Predictive models to identify marketing opportunities.
- 20% Customer Analytics: Provide analytical and customer-centric decision support to Marketing & Merchandising teams. Leverage customer database and other information systems to identify, integrate and analyze data.
- 10% Dashboard Development and Reporting: Establish and report on metrics of assigned projects or categories to gauge business impact and opportunities for improvement.
Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
- Position reports to Sr Manager, Strategy and Analytics
- 3 direct reports
Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

- Expertise in Marketing Measurement: Deep understanding of marketing analytics across digital media and retail, with direct experience applying methods like Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and brand lift.
- Analytical & Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in SQL for data extraction and hypothesis testing; experienced in data visualization tools such as Tableau to build compelling, insight-driven narratives.
- Test-and-Learn Mindset: Proven success in building and scaling test-and-learn functions to enhance media performance and inform optimization strategies.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Skilled at breaking down complex, ambiguous business challenges—spanning process, technology, and customer experience—into clear, actionable improvement plans.

Hybrid – An associate in a hybrid role blends in-office and remote/virtual working to complete their job duties. An associate may be required to work from a designated Home Depot location on some days, and may work from a virtual/remote location on others. We also refer to this as location – flex.
