Position Purpose:
In this Client Strategy Specialist role, you will be responsible for coordinating the collection of assets from suppliers, assisting with the creation of campaign creatives, and ensuring the flawless execution of marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all campaign materials are on-brand, accurate, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, an ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at one time, and a passion for optimizing marketing processes. Key Responsibilities:
- 15% Campaign Evaluations – Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to build, implement and evaluate processes and campaigns; Ensure relationships are cultivated and maintained; Share feedback with internal teams with the goal of improving processes, reporting, tools and new program offerings
- 25% Develop Reports – Partner with internal teams to develop reporting, identify sales opportunities and provide customized recommendations to suppliers; Work with Media team to provide suppliers optimized media strategies; Forecast sales and meet sales growth plans; Present opportunities and recommendations to suppliers
- 60% Vendor Partnerships – Strategically partner with suppliers with the goal of providing excellent service and growing share of wallet; Become the point of contact for strategic suppliers by providing training, onboarding and ongoing meetings to drive supplier satisfaction; Partner with new business team to onboard and train new suppliers into program

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting clients
- Experience in managing multiple, large projects and ability to multi-task
- A proven self-starter, with the ability to deal with ambiguous situations
- Marketing or Digital Media, retail or e-commerce experience is highly desirable
- Proven record of having worked with major consumer brands and knowing how to support

Hybrid – An associate in a hybrid role blends in-office and remote/virtual working to complete their job duties. An associate may be required to work from a designated Home Depot location on some days, and may work from a virtual/remote location on others. We also refer to this as location – flex.
Work From Home – Location Specific – An associate in this role primarily works from home but is assigned a THD location and is periodically required to report to their in-office location. Associates must live within the same state and within a commutable distance of their assigned THD location.
