Position Purpose:
The Manager of Offsite Activations & Operations instills operational excellence, overseeing and supporting activation teams for Orange Apron Media’s offsite advertising across social media and programmatic channels. This individual will lead a team of Sr. Analysts, Media Specialists and/or Contractors, elevating activation, performance, and troubleshooting trends for their respective books of business. This position will also serve as a cross-functional lead implementing and streamlining workstreams between internal operational partners as well as external media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- 15% Advertising Performance – Analyze onsite advertising operations performance metrics to identify potential optimization opportunities
- 50% Campaign Support – Support all aspects of campaign production for onsite media offerings, including ad unit development, campaign creation, trafficking tags & creative, targeting implementation, and campaign QC
- 10% Collaboration – Coordinate with media strategy managers & broader media team to define file / delivery requirements
- 10% QA Support – Support QA, troubleshooting, and capability documentation of onsite offering
- 15% Vendor Management – Collect insertion orders from vendor management teams and import orders to internal self-serve onsite media platform

Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in paid social campaign activation, strategy, planning, and performance
- Familiarity with programmatic & display media
- Previous experience managing a team of +2 direct reports
- Experience supporting multiple clients/accounts and respective books of business with a focus on excellent client service and sales support
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, data science, or a business-related field
- Ability to manage deadlines & milestones across multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong project management skills & attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Work From Home – Location Specific – An associate in this role primarily works from home but is assigned a THD location and is periodically required to report to their in-office location. Associates must live within the same state and within a commutable distance of their assigned THD location.
