Pay Range
The pay range for this position is between $50,000.00 – $65,000.00.
Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Position Purpose:
The E-Content Designer role requires strong visual, communication and organizational skills. They will deliver top-notch and brand-relevant creative and emails to support our merchandising and digital marketing efforts. We're seeking a passionate designer with technical expertise and creativity who can help us evolve and grow the brand in a fast-paced, dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creates visual layouts for online or catalog presentations
- Oversees photo shoots, coordinating efforts with merchandising and photographers
- Prepares product images to maximize product presentation
- Packages and delivers assets in required format (online or print)
- Works with editor to develop and execute special concepts (interactive demos or themed catalogs)
- Designs distinctive icons to facilitate shopping
Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
- This position reports to Creative Manager
- No direct responsibility for supervising others
Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- No travel required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Solid knowledge of Mac-based Quark, PhotoShop and Illustrator for all; for online–strong knowledge of HTMLl, Dreamweaver and Flash; for print–experience in pre-press and print production.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of creative platforms (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- A portfolio showcasing design projects related to marketing, advertising, retail, or web.
- Solid knowledge of design principles: typography, layout, balance, color, etc.
- Able to interpret briefs and deliver strong designs
- Able to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions consistent with company objectives
- Knowledge of industry best practices
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliverables
- Some project management skills
- Experience working in the home industry is preferred.
