Pay Range
The pay range for this position is between $120,000.00 – $160,000.00.
Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Position Purpose:
We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Directory Services team. This advanced-level role is focused on designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale identity platforms and infrastructure solutions. The engineer will play a key role in leading efforts related to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), DevOps pipelines, containerized workloads (Kubernetes, Docker), and advanced identity services including Radiant Logic VDS and ICS.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in modern DevOps practices, cloud architecture, and identity integration. This role will require strong expertise in engineering secure, scalable, and automated solutions across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and support scalable infrastructure solutions across GCP, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms.
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for directory service tools and infrastructure deployments.
- Lead integration efforts across Radiant Logic VDS/ICS, Universal Directory, and identity brokers.
- Collaborate with IAM architects and platform owners to enhance access provisioning, directory replication, and cloud identity synchronization.
- Author detailed SOPs, automation scripts, and infrastructure documentation for operational excellence.
- Participate in capacity planning, monitoring improvements, and performance tuning of production services.
- Support internal audits and compliance initiatives by ensuring platform security, resiliency, and traceability.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or DevOps engineering roles.
- Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure services (IAM, Compute Engine, VPC, GCS).
- Experience managing containerized environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Proficient in building infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with Radiant Logic VDS or other virtual directory services.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, or PowerShell for automation and monitoring.
- Experience supporting secure authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, LDAP, and Kerberos.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading DevSecOps practices within CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and its application in cloud identity platforms.
- Familiarity with ICS (Identity Correlation & Synchronization) use cases and configuration in Radiant Logic.
- Prior involvement in cloud-to-cloud or hybrid identity platform migrations.
- Industry certifications such as GCP Professional Cloud Architect, CKA/CKAD, or CISSP are a plus.

- 100% Deliver Execution, Plans & Align, Problem Solving – Design automation workflows and capabilities in support of data collection, investigation and incident response Develop threat hunting and data analysis strategy and capabilities Identify and propose new technologies, methodologies and/or approaches to detecting malicious activity Utilize indicators to scope and respond proactively to emerging threats Design, build, configure, maintain and monitor cybersecurity threat defense capabilities and user access management
