Pay Range
The pay range for this position is between $170,000.00 – $240,000.00.
Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. The Home Depot offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits, which may include a performance-based bonus program or a profit sharing program depending on position.
Position Purpose:
The Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager leads the development and execution of threat intelligence strategies to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate cyber threats.
- Develop and execute the organization’s cyber threat intelligence strategy.
- Manage and mentor a team of CTI analysts, ensuring continuous growth and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligence into broader cybersecurity operations.
- Oversee collection and analysis of internal and external threat data, including open-source intelligence (OSINT), commercial feeds, and government sources.
- Produce and deliver high-quality intelligence products to a variety of internal stakeholders (e.g., threat reports, actor profiles, TTP analysis).
- Maintain awareness of the threat landscape including nation-state actors, cybercrime groups, and emerging malware/ransomware trends.
- Provide timely and actionable intelligence to support teams such as Threat Hunting, Defensive Security, and Vulnerability management.
- Enable threat hunting and detection engineering by sharing IOCs, TTPs, and partnering to develop adversary emulation plans.
- Participate in post-incident reviews to identify intelligence gaps and refine processes.
- Engage with external intelligence-sharing communities (e.g., ISACs, law enforcement, vendors).
- Communicate findings and threat assessments clearly to technical teams and executive leadership.
- Ensure alignment of CTI activities with business goals and regulatory requirements.

- This position typically reports to Sr. Manager or Director
- This position has 6-10 Direct Reports
Travel Requirements:
- No travel required.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Salaried associates are eligible for 2 weeks of vacation in their first year; FT hourly will be eligible for 40 hours of paid vacation time after 6 months of continuous service; (for positions in Washington State, Spokane, and Tacoma only) – Salary and Temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked; FT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater; (for positions in Seattle only) – Salary and Temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked; FT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater.
