The Field Capital Business Analyst position is responsible for providing dedicated support to Home Depot Capital Projects through project readiness, driving execution and issue management/resolution. This position will be responsible for supporting field execution teams through project life cycle including: readiness, material and labor order entry/management, communication to responsible parties, issue resolution prior to and during execution, and project status. The Field Capital Business Analyst will be responsible for generating reports on project health for in-progress and completed projects, processing project deliverables, and finalizing all closeout procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- 25% -Review store specific project plans to create and validate all material orders to support specific project; react to plan changes to ensure orders are updated to support changes; manage tracking and shipping information to ensure materials arrive on location to support project execution.
- 25% Through direction of Field Capital leadership enter and manage labor orders for 3rd Party Suppliers and Installers supporting project execution. Position will be responsible for managing and closing out all labor orders supporting specific projects.
- 25% Serve as liaison between field execution teams and cross-functional business partners to ensure clear communication and follow up driving project readiness prior to project execution.
- 25% Manage and drive issue resolution for opportunities that arise before and during project execution. Position will need to partner with appropriate groups to resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal impact to project rollout.

- This position reports to Sr Manager In-Store Environment.
- This position has 0 direct reports.
Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree

- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.

Hybrid – An associate in a hybrid role blends in-office and remote/virtual working to complete their job duties. An associate may be required to work from a designated Home Depot location on some days, and may work from a virtual/remote location on others. We also refer to this as location – flex.
Work From Home – Location Specific – An associate in this role primarily works from home but is assigned a THD location and is periodically required to report to their in-office location. Associates must live within the same state and within a commutable distance of their assigned THD location.
