Position Purpose:
A Sr. Analyst – Supply Chain Labor Management uses analytical methods and a variety of tools to understand, predict, improve and/or control supply chain labor management operations and processes. Sr. Analysts are responsible for maintaining the relationship to regional teams, training support, data management, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations that support the field teams and the labor management system. Solves problems by considering courses of action within the framework of managements goals and standards. Operates with minimal supervision and once given general assignments, prioritizes and executes tasks. Provides and communicates recommendations to upper management. Mentors and guides Supply Chain Analyst – Labor Management in daily work tasks. Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, able to support and lead multiple projects, possess excellent communication skills, work well with a team, interact with multiple levels and functions within the supply chain organization, and able to manage vendor/business relationships.
The Sr. Analyst – Supply Chain Labor Management position is part of a team dedicated to supporting field leaders and initiatives that support the labor management program. Serving as a liaison between field operations, corporate partners, and IT, the logistics analyst works with cross functional project teams to gather business requirements, support system functionality and operational reports design, develop standard operating procedures, support creation of training materials, provide on-site training support, and manage projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- 15% – Data Management: performs data management through a combination of data mining, data modeling, data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, process mapping, and/or problem analysis, while executing day-to-day processes related to area of responsibility.
- 25% – Reporting: supports the business through ad-hoc queries and maintains reports from a variety of resources as specific to department or organizational needs.
- 35% – Analysis: Supports automation of reporting, development of new tools, performance deep dives, and ensures data integrity.
- 25% Customer Engagement: collaborating with field leaders, regional partners, and SSC Labor team. Support training activities and labor performance initiatives. Able to present & deliver technical information to non-technical audience

- This position reports to Manager of Sr Manager
- This position has no Direct Reports
Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Labor Management, Workforce Management, and/or other Operations roles
- Deep understanding and experience working with Labor Management tools and reporting
- Technical skillset and experience working with excel, SQL, Tableau, and other reporting systems
- Ability to build strong relationships and effectively connect with various audiences
- Effective and persuasive verbal & written communication skills
- Flexibility to periodically travel to DCs across US to connect with leaders & associates
- Ability to influence without authority, lead change, and drive process improvement

- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
