Position Purpose:
The Site Coordinator serves as the main point of contact for associates and leaders in the assigned building(s) for location specific requests and needs. The Site Coordinator is responsible for executing and coordinating daily activities and programs necessary to ensure that the building(s) operate efficiently and effectively. Additionally, the Site Coordinator is responsible for partnering with various cross-functional teams, such as facilities, Human Resources, administrative assistants, internal communications, events management, etc. to ensure the needs of the associates in the building(s) are handled appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration & Communication – 40%

Acts as liaison for site leadership, associates, and cross-functional partners to ensure building(s) operate effectively

Communicates with associates and leaders and follows up on requests directly and/or coordinates a response from the appropriate team.

Partners to ensure site communications, including communication boards, are updated and in compliance.
Event and Site Management – 40%

Coordinates associate engagement events (including logistics, set up, catering, etc.) and ensures consistency amongst sites where possible.

Monitors supplies, reviews punch lists, and addresses site specific program needs.
Site Process Improvement and Coordination – 20%

Executes and maintains site and program processes and supports functional requests related to site responsibilities
Direct Manager/Direct Reports: Typically reports to Sr. Director, Human Resources.
Travel Requirements: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:

Must be eighteen years of age or older.

Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Hybrid – An associate in a hybrid role blends in-office and remote/virtual working to complete their job duties. An associate may be required to work from a designated Home Depot location on some days, and may work from a virtual/remote location on others. We also refer to this as location – flex.
