In this role, you will lead the strategy, development and implementation of new partnerships and integrated marketing campaigns focused on an enhanced experience and customer engagement. In this highly visible position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with partners, our agencies and across The Home Depot organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- 50% Partnership Development: Lead the partner development process and manage the full lifecycle of each partnership from the strategic planning phase through sourcing, contracting, program management, measurement and evolution. Develops business cases for new opportunities. Work collaboratively with agency partners and internal stakeholders to set vision, goals and applicable KPIs. Owns partner evaluation financial model. Manages results communication and reporting to partners.
- 25% Marketing Strategy: Direct the partnerships marketing strategy and develop go-to market plans for Customer Program partnerships. Translate brand strategy and marketing plans into actionable campaigns and programs. Collaborate with internal marketing and creative leads as well as agency partners. Set specific marketing goals that align with the overall business objectives. Track and measure marketing strategies and effectiveness to inform future campaigns.
- 15% Operational Workflow: Manage execution of tactical elements of partnership programs, including setting up promotions, working collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- 10% Competitive and Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive research and study partnership trend and link findings back to future strategies, tactics and other data analysis. Identify new opportunities and become an expert on consumer preferences to generate innovative ideas for future partnerships.

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Physical Requirements:

- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
