Position Purpose:
The Sr. Manager, Program Operations is responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives, cross-functional program execution, and platform and learning operations to ensure organizational alignment, operational efficiency, and scalable business growth for Orange Apron Media.
Key Responsibilities:
- 25% Marketing & Communications: Supervise the development and execution of marketing strategies, including sales enablement, product marketing, and brand development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and supporting the needs of internal and external partners.
- 25% Program Management: Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed efficiently and on time, driving forward program-level priorities + workstreams
- 25% Platform Operations: Manage platform-related operations, including learning, onboarding, and knowledge base systems, optimizing for scalability and effectiveness.
- 15% Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and guide a team of managers, sr. analysts + analysts, ensuring strong communication and cross-department alignment.
- 10% Process Optimization & Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvements, driving organizational efficiency and ensuring streamlined operations.

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

Hybrid – An associate in a hybrid role blends in-office and remote/virtual working to complete their job duties. An associate may be required to work from a designated Home Depot location on some days, and may work from a virtual/remote location on others. We also refer to this as location – flex.
