Position Purpose:
Ensures accurate and timely coordination of The Home Depot's email/CRM Program. Responsible for gathering offers/content and timely execution of email/CRM program. Primary stakeholder of associated maintenance and database management tools. Supports the email Project Manager's, Designers and Developers in creation and support of weekly performance summaries/reports and Marketing Communications to senior leadership. Attends marketing/merchandising advertising strategy and turn-in meetings as necessary to collect all relevant product attributes.
Key Responsibilities:
- 35% Works in tandem with email Project Manager team to ensure emails contain timely and accurate product and pricing information. Responsible for keeping team and process tasks in alignment with Critical Path and Production Schedule and gathering and coordination of all relevant assets to ensure timely execution of projects.
- 20% QA proofs and test sends to ensure accuracy and timely communication to all stakeholders if and when changes need to be made.
- 20% Responsible for ensuring offers/promotions are relevant and represented accurately and are impactful in the digital space.
- 15% Supports team in weekly efforts of Sr. leadership reports creation and distribution. Gather assets for various report outs showcasing the work & results
- 10% Attends strategy and turn-in meetings to gather info and ensure timely/accurate procurement/submission of assets needed to create email content.

- This position has no direct reports
Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Hybrid – An associate in a hybrid role blends in-office and remote/virtual working to complete their job duties. An associate may be required to work from a designated Home Depot location on some days, and may work from a virtual/remote location on others. We also refer to this as location – flex.
