Position Purpose:
The Sr. Specialist, Campaign Activation will manage the creative process and keep projects within budget and within expectations of project timelines. The Sr. Specialist, Campaign Activation will possess a proven ability to think strategically about the requirements for each project and will be able to independently research and acquire various elements or missing detail. This role may manage larger or more complex projects. The position will consult with production, marketing, creative, agency partners and other stakeholders when appropriate to develop solutions to project and campaign objectives. This role is responsible for identifying and tracking the flow of tasks between creative teams and agency teams. This role must have experience working within a creative environment and creative teams including graphic designers, copywriters, traffic coordinators, production and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- 20% Coordinating Approvals and Quality Assurance – Coordinate the creative asset submission and stakeholder reviews including identifying approvers who will be involved in various rounds of reviews as necessary; Compile input from all reviewers and distribute meeting notes and action item recaps; Communicate revisions to creative executive teams; Coordinate overall quality assurance process with creative team members; Oversee quality assurance for links, linking taxonomy and asset tagging
- 50% Ongoing Project Management – Monitor day-to-day progress of creative production to ensure that deadlines are met; Troubleshoot/solve issues, including providing support to Campaign Activation Specialists to guide through project management process and help resolve issues; Document and develop supporting processes as needed; Track the development of creative assets, ensuring efficient & effective creation from production resources assigned to specific projects; Track agency production progress to ensure on time delivery of creative assets; Responsible for day-to-day creative budget management and tracking, receiving input from creative teams as needed
- 10% Project Planning – Create and maintain project plans; Submit project timelines and budget estimates to pod leadership, commences creative execution; Coordinate, drive and participate in kickoff and follow up meetings
- 20% Work Allocation and Prioritization – Work with content strategy to intake creative requests and ensure creative brief and content matrix are populated correctly and on time (including SKU submission, etc.); Work with content strategy and marketing/media team to prioritize all internal tasks based on campaign value and production difficulty; Request production resources from operations to secure resources necessary for creative execution; Provide guidance and mentorship to Campaign Activation Specialists to ensure correct work allocation and prioritization processes are adhered to

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
