Leads Influencer Marketing team including designing strategy, providing strategic insight related to broader business objectives in all program recommendations, ensuring flawless execution and driving and defining impact for Influencer Marketing and its alignment with Affiliate Marketing on behalf of The Home Depot. Crafts the team vision and growth strategy for the group in partnership with leadership. Champions the Influencer Marketing team’s work.
Key Responsibilities:
- 50% Collaborate with leadership, team members and external partners on holistic vision, strategy and success metrics for Influencer Marketing team connecting dots with Affiliate Marketing, Retail Media+, Brand/Creative, larger Integrated Media, Marketing and Merchandising strategies and success metrics. Drive innovation and growth for practice to meet broader business objectives. Drive external agency and partner relationships pushing for innovation, value add and competitive pricing. Liaise with and troubleshoot issues; elevate to leader, as necessary. Make strategic recommendations to refine/evolve and grow strategy and teams. Responsible for budget management and forecasting in partnership with leadership.
- 25% Build relationships with and work seamlessly and effectively across the marketing, merchandising and other cross-functional organizations as well as outside partners (publishers, agencies, technology platform partners, etc.)
- 25% Champion the Influencer Marketing team’s work with leadership and important stakeholders. Lead the growth and development of all direct reports. Ensure that team strategies and programs are operating at optimal levels and impacts are effectively communicated to leadership and key stakeholders.

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

- Proven track record for managing a team
- Mastery of Influencer Marketing strategy and its context within Social Media; strong understanding of Affiliate Marketing

Hybrid – An associate in a hybrid role blends in-office and remote/virtual working to complete their job duties. An associate may be required to work from a designated Home Depot location on some days, and may work from a virtual/remote location on others. We also refer to this as location – flex.
