Pay Range
The pay range for this position is between $74,000.00 – $94,000.00.
Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. The Home Depot offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits, which may include a performance-based bonus program or a profit sharing program depending on position.

Within QuoteCenter is the Complex Quoting Team, we focus on streamlining the ordering process to support in-store associates and professional customers with efficiency and ease.
About the Role
We are seeking Sr. Complex Quoting Analyst who will serve as a key resource supporting the Home Depot’s Outside Sales growth initiative to drive sales and sell the whole project. As part of the Complex Quoting team, the Sr. Analyst will be responsible for partnering with sales teams to understand customer requirements and tailor quotes accordingly. This associate will analyze data related to costs, industry standards, and competitor pricing to determine optimal pricing strategies. An ability to build strong relationships with key stake holders like the Outside Sales Representatives and Account Managers is key to the role. Home Depot system knowledge and quoting expertise are essential to manage multiple components of a project and to produce the best-selling opportunities that result in sales.
Key Responsibilities:

30% Complex Quoting – Manage detailed quotes for complex residential and commercial constructions projects. Ensure quotes align with customer needs, project specifications, and current pricing strategies.

30% Cross-functional Collaboration – Collaborate with internal teams (store support, merchandising, pricing, and supply chain) to support timely and accurate quoting.

30% Customer Service – Ability to work closely with stores to manage customer expectations, create clear and accurate quotes and documentation, and confidently present information to a wide range of stakeholders.

10% Process Improvement – Support process improvements and assist in training team members on best practices for quoting.
Direct Manager/Direct Reports: This position reports to the Manager, Complex Quoting, This position has no direct reports.
Travel Requirements: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications: Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Paid Time Off Benefits
