The Sr Product Experience Analyst will work with many teams across the organization, including Product Development, Merchant, and Category Experience, as well as directly with several vendors to build best-in-class configurable and customizable product experiences online for our several websites including Blinds.com and Homedepot.com as well as in Home Depot store applications. This position will be responsible for ensuring products are set up and functioning properly on the Autobahn platform. The role will also analyze the platform to provide critical input and ideas for improvements. The Sr Product Experience Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting advanced problems and assist in in providing information and guidance to the Jr Product Experience Analysts and Associate Product Experience Analysts. The Sr Product Experience Analyst will need to have a deep understanding of the Autobahn platform and will work with leadership to recommend the best experiences for a given product or category. This role will be required to become a subject matter expert on various new products and categories to ensure the best customer experience on the stock and configurable products. They will be a technical advisor on product setup processes and mentor more junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- 30% Build & Configure – Build and configure highly complex and customizable products with our proprietary software, creating logical and clear product configuration experiences with natural product customization and conditional logic using expert-level product and software knowledge
- 20% Platform Improvements – Acts as subject matter expert for cross functional teams to develop and improve functionality within the platform
- 30% Product Setup – Takes lead on projects, completing all relevant steps including, but not limited to owning communication between departments/vendors/merchants, verification of task completion and correctness, troubleshooting and solving project issues and concerns, and seeing projects through to completion
- 20% Training – Train fellow associates in product knowledge and platform capabilities and mentoring in best practices

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Work From Home – Location Specific – An associate in this role primarily works from home but is assigned a THD location and is periodically required to report to their in-office location. Associates must live within the same state and within a commutable distance of their assigned THD location.
