Position Purpose:
The Sr. Producer is responsible for leading and managing projects associated with photography, video and/or CGI (computer generated imagery) production. This role acts as a facilitator and liaison between the Creative team and vendor photography/video studios. The Sr. Producer works closely with the photo/video teams and studios to manage the production of creative assets.
Additionally, this role would lead in gathering necessary information to complete projects and effectively communicating details and vision to our studio partners in support of the photo/video process. The Sr. Producer is expected to demonstrate innovative thought leadership and utilize production, communication, presentation and creative problem-solving skills to deliver successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- 40% – Communication – Communicates clients wants and needs to Creative team and strategically assists with coordinating delivery plan.
- 60% – Strategic Production Management – Leads the strategic task of understanding the clients needs and wants, what the team can produce, and what works for the production team wholistically. Sr. Producer is expected to demonstrate thought leadership and creative problem solving to meet production objectives. Uses experience and knowledge of production process and guides team members.

Travel Requirements:
- Travel between locations required
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).

- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Conditions could produce mild discomfort on occasion.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers

Onsite – An associate in an onsite role is required to work at a specific Home Depot location in order to complete their job duties. We also refer to this as location – dependent.
