The Manager Pro Inside Sales position manages an inside sales team and executes a sales strategy in support of the organizations goals and increases the company’s market share. This role has direct accountability to manage an assigned portfolio of professional customers, builds account pipelines and ensures leads are converted to sales for themselves and their team. The Manager Pro Inside Sales motivates and inspires others to align to and drive towards the vision, strategy, and purpose of the department. Monitors competitive industry trends and develops strategy for team. This position will be the driver in recruiting, developing and leading the inside sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- 40% Provide leadership to the Pro inside sales business by driving sales growth and profitability through account relationships and building pipelines for targeted customers. Provides direction and guidance to team in all aspects of inside sales.
- 30% Understands the competitive environment and develops strategies to grow share with existing accounts for self and team.
- 30% Coach, teach and train inside sales team tin account management and relationship building.
Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
- This position reports to the Pro Director.
- This positions has 5-12 direct reports.
Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

- Retail experience
- Proven Track record of leadership experience preferably in a sales organization
- Effectively prioritizes multiple demands
- Quickly grasps complex issues and initiates action for resolution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Paid Time Off Benefits
Salaried associates are eligible for 2 weeks of vacation in their first year; FT hourly will be eligible for 40 hours of paid vacation time after 6 months of continuous service; (for positions in Washington State, Spokane, and Tacoma only) – Salary and Temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked; FT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater; (for positions in Seattle only) – Salary and Temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked; FT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater.
