The Analyst, CRM is responsible for supporting the execution of CRM efforts in close collaboration with marketing partners and the CRM team. Drives the campaign design, quality assurance, and list delivery preparation through Unica Campaign. In this role, the Analyst will support the efforts to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of campaign execution through better and more structured business processes, deployment of database marketing best practices, and effective use of Unica Campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
- 20% Capture marketing campaign requirements through close collaboration with marketing partners
- 40% Provide marketing support, including set-up of campaigns in Unica, for small to medium size campaigns
- Design, test and execute campaigns using product- and activity-based purchase triggers, segment and personalization rules to support business goals

- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Paid Time Off Benefits
Salaried associates are eligible for 2 weeks of vacation in their first year; FT hourly will be eligible for 40 hours of paid vacation time after 6 months of continuous service; (for positions in Washington State, Spokane, and Tacoma only) – Salary and Temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked; FT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater; (for positions in Seattle only) – Salary and Temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked; FT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater.
