Position Purpose:
The Manager of Executive Recruiting is responsible for leading global executive talent acquisition initiatives across The Home Depot developing innovative and strategic methods to identify, engage and qualify external director and executive level candidates. They will lead the approach toward cultivating relationships with external leadership talent of strategic interest, manage confidential executive recruiting search engagements, projects and initiatives while ensuring The Home Depot is building and growing diverse external leadership pipelines which support emerging business opportunities and growth initiatives. The Manager of Executive Recruiting will serve as the enterprise expert on executive search processes, while owning the overall executive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- 50% Leadership & Business Partnership: Monitor ongoing performance of executive recruitment activity, programs and support and communicate key progress and trends including prospect engagement and management within CRM tool and other tools for tracking key measurables; Provide reports on talent competition, market conditions, executive compensation, and industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders in order to meet external talent recruitment objectives
- 40% Research, Analysis & Innovation: Conduct ongoing market and competitive research and analysis to remain keenly aware of trends in the global business climate, economy and workplace, while understanding their impact on leadership hiring; Use this knowledge to recommend and execute innovative executive recruitment strategies in support of The Home Depot's global sourcing and executive talent initiatives. Evaluate and develop efficient and effective sourcing and recruiting strategies, programs, metrics, and reports by understanding the needs of the business, collaborating with internal executive officer and HR leadership clients, and researching industry best practices
- 10% Audit & Compliance: Ensure consistency, efficiency and compliance with federal, state and local laws, and company policies; Ensure all talent acquisition activities are compliant with the established sourcing, recruiting, and selection procedures including maintaining appropriate data integrity

- This position typically reports to Director, Talent Acquisition

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

- Proven experience recruiting at the most senior levels of today's Fortune 500 Companies
- Strong executive presence and business acumen with ability to interpret enterprise business strategies

- Strong experience utilizing multiple sourcing tools and methods to identify talent pools, engage targeted prospects and cultivate relationships of interest with external talent, specifically within a candidate relationship management (CRM) platform environment
