Pay Range
The pay range for this position is between $100,000.00 – $115,000.00.
Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. The Home Depot offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits, which may include a performance-based bonus program or a profit sharing program depending on position.

Position Purpose:
The National Account Sales Representative (NASR) is responsible for driving and delivering growth and profitability for The Home Depot by collaborating with Pro Sales Managers (PSM) and Outside Sales Reps (OSR) in a designated sales territory and/or sales vertical. Objective is to grow sales and profit by penetrating existing business and acquiring new business to improve profitability. The NASR is responsible for sales, margin and portfolio growth for their teams designated territory along with ensuring an expense budget is managed successfully. Utilization of CRM system to manage their team will be required. The NASR should develop a deep understanding of the Pro Customers’ needs, ensuring their direct reports are focused on fulfilling a quality product consistently and delivering and driving excellent customer service. This position will conduct office/job site visits routinely.
Key Responsibilities:
- 40% – Leadership – Manage, coach and train a team of Pro Sales Managers and Outside Sales Reps to reach their highest potential. Conduct portfolio reviews/updates and joint sales calls to observe sales interactions and provide feedback. Monitor team activities and customer accounts through CRM management.
- 10% – Account Planning – Collaborate with PSMs and OSRs to develop sales strategies and identify key opportunities for Pro customers.
- 10% – Administrative – Tasks related to sales reports and driving team performance.
- 40% – Sales Activities – Drive assigned sales team to achieve portfolio goals for Managed Account (MA) customers. Monitor progress toward goals for all success metrics.

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 50% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in the same position or standing/walking or there is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).
Working Conditions:
- Usually in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from such things as dust, fumes, or odors
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Tableau
- Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
