The Sr. Digital Designer designs digital marketing assets for a wide variety of channels across a broad range of media, including websites, mobile, social and display campaigns, email and rich content. This role utilizes brand-minded thinking and expertise in understanding systems and applying brand principles to the work. The Sr Digital Designer demonstrates a mastery of the foundational skills of design and strategic thinking to produce the high quality design solutions within time constraints. This role will partner with and inspire other creatives associates, providing mentorship and guidance as well as creative feedback to designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- 20% Collaborates with Partners – Partner cross functionally and with key stakeholders, display situational adaptability and is able to step in and drive change to deliver more customer and brand-centric results; Streamlines work process and builds design solutions to meet project needs
- 70% Digital Design – Uses independent creative thought and technics to create digital design concepts, layouts, comps, moodboard/whiteboard explorations and production as assigned. Utilize design tools and systems to provide high-quality work within prescribed deadlines; Engage in strategic discussions and share expertise to improve work outputs as well as drive innovation. Utilizes independent judgement to proactively solve problems
- 10% Mentorship – Provide guidance and support to designers; frequent contributor to broader team activities and learning engagements; Stays current with and shares best practices to help elevate the team; Provides creative feedback to designers

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate education in design
- 5+ years’ professional design experience working in digital marketing, retail industry or advertising agency preferred
- Expertise in current and relevant design tools like Figma and Adobe CS, animation tools like After Effects a plus
- Experience with DCO and campaign platforms as well as content management systems
- Experience working with digital design systems and knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies
- Ability to present a diverse portfolio that exemplifies experience developing omnichannel digital campaigns, assets and content while consistently building up a brand
- Knowledge of photo sourcing, photo editing and custom photography production
- Ability to articulate and present creative ideas to a variety of audiences
- Demonstrated passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative team members
- Mature appreciation for the balance between creative design and business objectives

Paid Time Off Benefits
