Position Purpose:
The Senior Analyst is part of the Pro Integrated Commerce (PIC) team within the Pro/B2B Digital Experiences space. This team plays a key role in creating and improving online experiences for our largest business customers. By working closely with internal and external business and technology partners, the Senior Analyst will maintain and develop operational processes and frameworks that drive Home Depot’s pro strategy forward through effective analysis, planning, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- 20% Lead Project Teams of Analysts and other associates.
- 20% Perform data gathering tasks, synthesis – develop solutions, project/strategy planning and data utilization.
- 20% Produce documents for teams and leadership to review and utilize.
- 20% Deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and sponsors.
- 20% Build skills and knowledge including self-development, team knowledge and customer (internal) knowledge.
Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
- This position reports to Sr Manager or Manager Customer Execution
- This position has no direct reports
Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 25% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years professional working experience successfully implementing process improvements in a corporate setting
- 2+ Years Project Management experience
- Proficiencies with order processing systems, Salesforce, and other common contact center systems
- Experience in eProcurement or 3rd-party integrations
- Process-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience developing complex technology solutions and performing analysis on feature requirements against system capabilities.
- Clear and articulate communication style to partner collaboratively across multiple departments with a consultative approach to assess and solve business problems for internal and external customers. You must build cross-department relationships to further business requirement definition.
- Must be successful in a team environment and drive collaborative work initiatives.
- Retail industry experience preferred, not required.

- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Hybrid – An associate in a hybrid role blends in-office and remote/virtual working to complete their job duties. An associate may be required to work from a designated Home Depot location on some days, and may work from a virtual/remote location on others. We also refer to this as location – flex.
