Position Purpose:
The Sr. Analyst, Change Enablement, collaborates with HR, IT and other stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of new business processes resulting from HR system, organizational, or process changes. This role requires a deep understanding of the business areas they support, as well as the ability to engage comfortably in discussions about change impacts and issues. Responsibilities may include developing change enablement strategies, identifying and documenting change impacts, and producing other change-related deliverables. The Sr. Analyst will work closely with key business partners to facilitate the change process. This position reports to the Manager of Change Enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures project priorities parallel business priorities
- Works with the HR business liaison to document the business case for new requests to support system/process request for use in the prioritization process
- Defines and documents business activities for the overall system implementation project plan
- Manages the business component of the overall system implementation project plan
- Facilitates business requirements definition and functional specifications meetings ensuring that the end solution meets the business requirements
- Defines and maps HR processes
- Develops functional requirements to meet business objectives
- Partners with IT to ensure understanding and translation into technical requirements
- Ensures that all system and process impacts are identified and transitioned to change management, training and knowledgebase teams in a timely manner
- Implements services changes including leading the testing and deployment of systems and services and the transition of staff and services
- Ability to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance
- Ability to quickly identify project risks and mitigate accordingly

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about; occasionally there may be a need to stoop or lift light objects (typically less than 8 pounds).
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years HR experience preferred
- HR consulting experience preferred
Minimum Education:
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Paid Time Off Benefits
Salaried associates are eligible for 2 weeks of vacation in their first year; FT hourly will be eligible for 40 hours of paid vacation time after 6 months of continuous service; (for positions in Washington State, Spokane, and Tacoma only) – Salary and Temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked; FT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater; (for positions in Seattle only) – Salary and Temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked; FT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater.
