Position Purpose:
The Product Operations Analyst takes an outcome-based approach to driving business growth through the deployment of configurable technology features that address specific business needs. This individual collaborates closely with various stakeholders to understand their challenges and leverages data-driven insights to refine and improve customer-facing functionality. The goal is to improve both customer and business outcomes through tailored technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive Growth & Success of Products and Features (40%)
- Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including product managers, merchants, marketing teams, and engineers, to deeply understand their specific business challenges and objectives.
- Leverage these insights to strategically deploy configurable features and experiences that directly address identified issues.
- Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to gather requirements, discuss potential solutions, and ensure that the implemented features align with business goals, and manage organizational change.
- Collaborate with marketing partners to promote our digital capabilities.
- Analysis and Optimization (40%)
- Take an outcome-based approach to monitoring and measuring product and feature performance.
- Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations for optimization based on analyses.
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations on feature performance, experiment results, and optimization efforts to inform stakeholders and guide future strategies.
- Synthesize findings, derive conclusions from analyses, and make oral/written recommendations to management.
- Experimentation (20%)
- Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the potential impact of new features or adjustments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in e-commerce technology to suggest innovative solutions and improvements.
Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
- Reports to Senior Manager.
- This position has no direct reports.
Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Overnight travel less than 10%

Paid Time Off (PTO):
Salaried associates are eligible for 2 weeks of vacation in their first year; FT hourly will be eligible for 40 hours of paid vacation time after 6 months of continuous service; (for positions in Washington State, Spokane, and Tacoma only) – Salary and Temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked; FT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater; (for positions in Seattle only) – Salary and Temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked; FT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater.
