The Services Sourcing Manager will manage the execution of the line review process and award of business to install Service Providers. This role will work closely with National Install Merchants to understand the program strategy and develop a line review that will meet the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- 20% Conduct due diligence to understand category and market performance and develop line review objectives in partnership with the National Install Merchant and Regional Services Manager
- 20% Source and prequalify non-incumbents to participate in the line review based on local municipality requirements
- 20% Develop a strategy to meet line review objectives include a request for proposal (RFP), bid analysis, and supplier scorecard
- 20% Conduct the RFP and analyze responses and bids to determine potential award scenarios
- 10% Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations based on multiple analyses of current business, bids, capacity and geography.
- Gain National Install Merchant and Regional Services Manager sign off on business awards
- 10% Track and report on progress and outcomes of line reviews
- Create and maintain project work plans.

- This position has no direct reports
Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

- Strong communication skills
- Proactive/self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage workload
- Relationship management experience with multi unit or geographically
- dispersed teams/experience in analysis and interpretation to drive business decisions/prior experience managing inhome services.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills with focus on flexibility of style to reach multiple audiences.
- Must successfully pass all pre-employment drug and background screening.

- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Hybrid – An associate in a hybrid role blends in-office and remote/virtual working to complete their job duties. An associate may be required to work from a designated Home Depot location on some days, and may work from a virtual/remote location on others. We also refer to this as location – flex.
