The Producer is responsible for leading and managing projects associated with photography, video and/or CGI (computer generated imagery) production. This role acts as a facilitator and liaison between the Creative team and vendor photography/video studios.
The Producer works closely with the photo/video teams and studios to manage the production of creative assets. Additionally, this role would lead in gathering necessary information to complete projects and effectively communicating details and vision to our studio partners in support of the photo/video process.
The Producer is expected to demonstrate innovative thought leadership and utilize production, communication, presentation and creative problem-solving skills to deliver successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- 40% – Communication – Partner with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project objectives. Daily studio and project communication to keep projects on track.
- 60% – Production Management – Completion of shot list, tracking and management of production. Ensure proofs and tasks are on track for projects. Use problem solving skills to deliver successful projects.

Travel Requirements:
- Travel between locations required.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Conditions could produce mild discomfort on occasion.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Paid Time Off (PTO):
Salaried associates are eligible for 2 weeks of vacation in their first year; FT hourly will be eligible for 40 hours of paid vacation time after 6 months of continuous service; (for positions in Washington State, Spokane, and Tacoma only) – Salary and Temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked; FT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater; (for positions in Seattle only) – Salary and Temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked; FT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater.

Remote/virtual – An associate in a remote/virtual role typically is not required to work from a designated Home Depot location to complete their job duties. Limited or infrequent in-office presence may be required. We also refer to this as location – independent.
