Company Overview
What’s the best place we’ve ever built? The place where we work. At Home Depot, our goal is to provide the highest level of service, the broadest selection of products, and the most competitive prices. As the world’s largest home improvement specialty retailer, we operate more than 2,200 retail stores across North America. And each of our associates are focused one thing — helping our customers build and improve their homes, businesses, and ultimately their lives.
Position Purpose:
The Sr Manager of eCommerce & Digital Analytics will own the company’s online growth agenda—driving feature adoption across all customer-facing digital products—while partnering with Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance, Supply-Chain, and IT to align initiatives with enterprise priorities. Beyond establishing data governance and standardizing best-practice analytics, this leader elevates the organization to a modern, self-serve model where stakeholders can use automated dashboards for insight. One of the key responsibilities is quantifying—and relentlessly improving—the conversion impact of site features like search-algorithm tweak, product-recommendation slot, page-speed gain, or checkout-flow refinement is A/B-tested, instrumented down the funnel, and expressed in clear metrics. By attributing lift to individual enhancements and forecasting margin benefits, the role ensures resources flow to the highest-ROI improvements. Overseeing a team fluent in BigQuery, Python/R, SQL, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau, the Sr Manager builds data pipelines that cleanse and integrate clickstream, transaction, and customer-profile data, then translates complex behavior patterns into board-ready KPI narratives and predictive models that steer assortment, pricing, and marketing spend. The result is a virtuous cycle of insight-led experimentation, faster decision-making, and sustained gains in conversion, revenue, and profitability across every online touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
