Position Purpose:
The Manager of Creative Production leads a team of photography/video producers responsible for managing projects associated with photography, video, and/or CGI (computer generated imagery) production. The role will act as a main liaison between the Marketing Operations team and studios as well as serving as a strategic creative partner with internal team members and clients in the production of creative asset needs for the company.
The Manager of Creative Production is responsible for helping the team achieve quality and production targets and is responsible for leading all people initiatives (staffing, performance management, and development), and fostering a collaborative and engaging team environment. This role will create and nurture a culture of creative experimentation and testing that drives optimal performance. The incumbent should have significant experience working on the production of photography/video assets to support marketing and digital campaigns from briefing all the way through to activation, overseeing production on-time and on-budget. This role is a key cross-functional partner that leads the project consultation and intake process to translate business requests into an action plan. They discover and define what the client’s needs are and work with everyone involved to deliver on this vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- 20% – Continuous Improvement- Drive creative excellence, best practices and consistent creative execution across all channels; improve creative quality by studying, evaluating and improving creative methods used.
- 20% – Leadership & People Management- Mentor, develop and coach team members through project development and performance management. Attract, retain, and develop top creative talent to build a world-class in-house agency production studio.
- 50%- Production Workflow Management- Manage and execute production schedules and full lifecycle of deliverables associated with digital campaigns. Oversee the creative process and ensure the work is on brief and on brand. Ensure the smooth running of the creative team’s workflow keeping teams informed and up-to-date and that deadlines are met, and issues escalated. Drive efficiency.
- 10%- Relationship Building- Support and maintain relationships by communicating updates across teams and help prepare materials for updates. Identify and partner with cross-functional team on opportunities for improvements in creative process, timelines, approvals and other opportunities.

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

- 5+ years’ experience as a creative professional with previous experience in a photography/video production environment
- Experience guiding and leading creative production teams, driving efficiencies while meeting or exceeding quality and productivity goals
- Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels; from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, and experiential
- Insistence on production quality and customer-centric focus
- Prior experience in creative production and the ability to organize projects across many business situations
- Highly collaborative, open and transparent
