Position Purpose:
The Sr Client Strategist will be the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers within the Orange Apron Media practice. This role will be responsible for partnering strategically with suppliers to drive a best-in-class Orange Apron Media supplier experience. This role will be accountable for supplier training, onboarding and ongoing support. Additionally, Sr Client Strategists will identify and execute on opportunities to increase supplier spend as well as forecasting supplier spend within the Orange Apron Media business. This role will closely collaborate with partners to plan and execute advertising campaigns on both owned and operated as well as offsite properties. This position is also responsible for supporting reporting and analytics as well as streamlining operations to drive growth of the business. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing, high-visibility team that's reshaping digital advertising in the world's largest home improvement retailer.
Key Responsibilities:
- 15% Evaluate Campaigns – Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to build, implement and evaluate processes and campaigns; Ensure relationships are cultivated and maintained; Share feedback with internal teams with the goal of improving processes, reporting, tools and new program offerings
- 60% Onboard New Business – Strategically partner with suppliers with the goal of providing excellent service and growing share of wallet; Become the point of contact for strategic suppliers by providing training, onboarding and ongoing meetings to drive supplier satisfaction; Partner with new business team to onboard and train new suppliers into program
- 25% Reporting – Partner with internal teams to develop reporting, identify sales opportunities and provide customized recommendations to suppliers; Work with Media team to provide suppliers optimized media strategies; Partner with finance team on forecasting supplier spend; Forecast sales and meet sales growth plans; Present opportunities and recommendations to suppliers

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Digital Media with experience in retail, e-commerce and on-site advertising products preferred
- Agency or brand marketing experience
- Experience supporting clients
- Previous experience with retail websites, ecommerce and analytics
- Marketing/ad tech experience is highly desirable
- Product management or marketing experience is highly desirable
- Proven record of having worked with major consumer brands and knowing how to support

Hybrid – An associate in a hybrid role blends in-office and remote/virtual working to complete their job duties. An associate may be required to work from a designated Home Depot location on some days, and may work from a virtual/remote location on others. We also refer to this as location – flex.
