Position Purpose:
The Senior Video Producer role produces end-to-end video content at The Home Depot’s Photography/Videography studio. This role would coordinate logistics for multiple projects, including supplementing the full-time studio team with production assistance as needed to meet overall production objectives, while adhering to budgets and staying on schedule. The role requires solid working relationships with clients, as well as with partners throughout the production industry that are resources for talent, lighting and photography/videography equipment, locations, and other production-related resources. Agility and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment are a must for this role. The Senior Video Producer is a relationship builder who prides themselves on their people skills and can work with just about anyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- 40% – Communication – Partner with stakeholders to communicate project objectives. Daily studio and project communication to keep projects on track.
- 60% – Strategic Production Management – Leads the strategic task of understanding the clients’ needs and wants, what the team can produce, and what works for the production team wholistically. Expected to demonstrate thought leadership and creative problem-solving to meet production objectives. Uses experience and knowledge of production process and guides team members.

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Must continuously stand or walk or regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Conditions could produce mild discomfort on occasion.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience acting as a producer in a creatively driven advertising agency or in-house creative team, developing and tracking budgets, schedules and assets, and working in video pre-production and post-production workflows
- Wide knowledge of production-related roles and resources, photography and videography equipment and resources, production costs, and production timelines
- Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functioning teams; ability to quickly build and maintain effective relationships within the production industry
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Calmness under pressure, with the ability to excel and thrive in a high-volume environme
