General Office Associates (GOAs) are responsible for several jobs in the warehouse. One of their most important responsibilities is assisting customers. In some warehouses, they schedule deliveries, handle orders, and serve as the main point of contact for customers.

A GOA is often doing clerical or admin work in most warehouses. In others, a GOA is also in charge of tasks such as partnering with stores, processing appliance orders, contacting customers to schedule deliveries, and arranging driver pickups.
Does this role require heavy lifting?
While our warehouse associates generally unload and stage products, the GOA is often cross-trained on equipment in case we need extra help.
Is the work schedule consistent?
