An overnight Merchandising associate executes projects that include building displays and fixtures to introduce new product, reorganizing how product is displayed in our aisles, and refreshing signage to engage our customers.
Is this a physical job?
Merchandising associates have longer periods of time where they are being active in our aisles. This could include walking, climbing, lifting product, building displays, and standing/kneeling to fill our shelves.
How much interaction would I have with customers?
Although not frequent, there may be times when a merchandising associate is in the aisles and a customer needs assistance.
Is the schedule consistent?
Yes, they have a consistent schedule that allows them to plan their time outside of work.
Are there any overnight and/or travel shifts?
Yes! Overnight Merchandising associates typically work at night and some may be on a traveling team. Since the travel team works in multiple stores in a 30-mile radius, reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance is required. Travel team associates can be reimbursed for mileage.
