Located in Atlanta, GA, the Organizational Effectiveness Manager leads and manages the organizational survey and continuous listening strategy and design, consulting and administration at The Home Depot. Key responsibilities include day to day management of listening solutions along with leading a team of OE and survey experts in implementing a wide range of active and passive listening solutions to effectively measure employee engagement, give employees a voice, increase employee commitment and effectiveness, and direct organizational actions. Additionally, this leader will help conduct applied research and consult on related issues with teams across the enterprise. While working on these projects, the incumbent is exposed to and interacts with a variety of people from different functional areas and job levels across The Home Depot.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- 70% – OE program design, development, and maintenance — Design and develop organizational assessments and analytics solutions to help improve organizational and associate performance, engagement, and cultural alignment
- 30% – Support other strategic OE initiatives; assist other members of OE with projects; provide guidance to junior members of team; and provide direction as needed for project completion
