Global Custom Commerce is seeking an exceptional Search Engine Marketing Manager with a track-record of success managing paid search marketing campaigns to help us continue along our path to success. The Manager’s main goal is to lead and grow our SEM campaigns while also supporting the broader paid digital media program.
The perfect candidate will have extensive tactical expertise and be an analytical thinker who is curious and loves to experiment, taking pride in their work and personal ownership of his/her channels. This is a strategic but hands-on role, so we’re looking for someone who can balance big-picture strategy, tactical execution and a focus on driving results.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
70%- Develop and execute SEM strategy for a portfolio of brands, deploying millions of dollars in ad-spend and being accountable to meet visitor, new customer, revenue, and margin goals; within ROI and budget targets.
10%- Work collaboratively with other marketing and analytics team members to optimize paid search campaigns to achieve broader marketing goals and initiatives; aligning with attribution, media-mix and customer funnel strategies.
10%- Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to further increase market-share; potentially researching/piloting new digital channels.
10%- Grow customer acquisition efforts through continuous optimization, testing and experimenting without fear of failure.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
