Position Purpose:
The Home Depot is a Fortune 50 tech and retail powerhouse, driven by big data, constant innovation, and a culture that empowers you to own your growth. We aren't just adapting to the future—we're defining it. In AMP, you will act as an internal consultant, evaluating risks and identifying strategic ways to optimize our operations. - Accelerated Career Growth: Experience multiple dynamic rotations over two years. Upon graduation, you'll be positioned to rapidly advance within AMP or leap into strategic functional roles across the business.
- Unmatched Mentorship: Gain direct leadership exposure and one-on-one guidance from senior leaders who are deeply invested in your personal and professional success.
- Purpose-Driven Culture: Work for a company where giving back to the community and cultivating an inclusive environment is just as important as driving the bottom line.
