Must be eighteen years of age or older.

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2 years
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

- WFM experience 2-3 years
- Avaya CMS ACD
- NICE WFM System
- Excel, Power point and other Microsoft office products
- Scheduling and forecasting in a large multi- contact center environment
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Call Center Experience
Previous workforce management experience
Strong Excel Skills
Abilitiy to analyize data and make staffing level decisions.
Ability to work with little direction
Strong attention to detail and ability to influence others that they do not have direct reporting authority over.
