This position manages people and processes related to contracts and deviations for the B2B business. The supervisor demonstrates a sense of urgency and good judgment to oversee the processing of contracts and deviations requests within established guidelines. Additionally, this position will ensure service level agreements are met, will identify risks and red flags, and provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers. This position will drive department processes towards profit maximization. The Supervisor is responsible for effectively leading, staffing, coaching, training, process improvement, time-keeping, performance evaluation, scheduling, reporting, and other projects as assigned by management.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
50% Performs supervisory tasks including but not limited to: coaching, mentoring, time-keeping efforts, reporting and analysis, workload distribution, new candidate interviewing, performance evaluations, ensuring deadlines and cut-off times are met, and training.
20% Interact directly with external and internal customers. Appropriately escalates issues and engages parties to facilitate resolution.
10% Perform any related department tasks when short staffed or during high volume times
10% Serves as subject matter expert on company/department projects and any other tasks assigned by management team.
10% Reviews processes for improvement, provides suggestions and feedback to management as necessary

This position reports to the Pricing and Strategy Manager.
This position has 0-4 direct reports.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 25% of the time.
