The HDE Project Specialist is responsible for utilizing The Home Depot At Home Services systems and processes to manage exceptions in jobs and find solutions. This position is responsible for ensuring the customer experience through working with a variety of different jobs at different stages of completion. They will analyze and interpret data and reports to identify factors creating road blocks towards completion and resolutions of jobs.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
30% – Manage exceptions in jobs when they don’t move through the installation process and finds solutions to closure.
30% – Partner with customers, installers, field personnel, vendors, branch support, and all other parties as required to find solutions to exceptions.
10% – Follow a daily and weekly cadence for resolving issues on a timely basis.
10% – Act as primary source of contact for issues for an entire division in an effort to reduce cycle times on jobs.
20% – Analyze and interpret data contained in multiple reports on a daily basis or as needed.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
