The role of the National Account Sales Support Associate is to cross-sell the various product lines at Home Depot Pro Institutional to existing and new customers, by aiding sales in identifying comparable items that we sell in order to obtain the customer’s business.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
20%- Run and Create customer support documents for Sales, Sales Management and Customers.
5%- Distribute monthly and Quarterly reports to Sales, Sales Management and Customers.
5%- Coordinate with Corporate and National Account rollout announcements and supporting documents.
25%- Research and analyze customer discrepancies and issues to assist Sales and Sales Management in reaching a customer resolution.
25%- Work with other functional departments and manufacturers to coordinate, clarify and/or correct customer opportunities or resolutions in support of the Sales and Sales Management team.
20%- Other administrative tasks as required.
NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to Sales Support Manager, National Accounts. Has no direct reports.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
