To further demonstrate our commitment to customer service, we opened one contact center in Ogden, Utah and one in Kennesaw, Georgia. We have specialty Call Centers that we refer to as Contact Centers, because you will get to communicate with customers via phone, text, email and instant messages. In addition, our long standing and traditional Customer Care Resolution Center resides in our Store Support Center in Atlanta Georgia.

Our Ogden Contact Center is located approximately 40 miles north of Salt Lake City in one of the best areas in the country if you love the outdoors. Our Kennesaw Contact Center is located 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta in one of the area's most popular cities. Customer Care Contact Center (Atlanta, GA)

Our Customer Care Contact Center is located within our US Store Support Center in Atlanta Georgia, in Vining’s as part of the Smyrna area. There are many family orientated communities, plenty of shopping, eateries and entertainment within this beautiful part of Atlanta.

Fantastic features of these new centers include:

  • Onsite fitness center with adjoining restroom and showers

  • Centralized break area with two pantries that include self-service vending

  • Lounge area for recreational activities (i.e., ping-pong)

  • Separate entrances for associates and visitors

  • Six large training rooms for development and learning

  • Approximately 80,000 square feet of working space
